Shipping Policy

Welcome to Busby Boots. We want to get your new boots to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and carriers.

Dispatch & Warehouse Location

• Proudly UK Based: All orders are packaged and dispatched directly from our central warehouse in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

• Dispatch Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

Standard Delivery Service

To ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly, we partner exclusively with DPD to offer a premium delivery experience.

• Standard Delivery: Next-Day Delivery comes as standard on all orders.

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order leaves our Biggleswade warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your DPD tracking number. DPD will also provide you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery so you don't have to wait in all day.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Because our warehouse team in Biggleswade works quickly to dispatch your boots, we are usually unable to amend delivery details once an order is confirmed. However, once you receive your DPD tracking link, you can use the DPD app or portal to manage your delivery, redirect it to a safe place, or select a nearby DPD pickup shop.

What happens if I am out when DPD attempts delivery? If you aren't home, DPD will either attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbor, place it in a designated safe place (if specified via your tracking link), or take it to the nearest local DPD pickup point for you to collect at your convenience.
